Subdivision & Land Development

The Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance was adopted July 1995 to develop regulations and provide for the administration and enforcement thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code; to insure that property boundaries are created correctly and to assist in guiding future growth and development of the Township.
