Building Permits

Building requirements

Any and all Building and/or Land Development Projects require a Zoning Permit.

New construction

New construction over 1000 sq.ft., manufactured homes and any size attached construction to existing buildings requires a building permit and inspections.

Commercial construction

All commercial construction requires design-professional stamped plans be submitted for approval before a building permit is issued.   (some repair exceptions may apply)

Stormwater Management

Stormwater Management may be required for your project.

Applications and instructions can be found on the website or picked up and dropped off at the township office. You can also submit your applications by emailing woodcocktwp@zoominternet.net.
