Code Enforcement

The Board of Supervisors have appointed a Code Enforcement Officer to be the person who administers and enforces the codes or ordinances of the township.

Property maintenance and zoning violations are the most prevalent of any of the code violations in the township.  These would include a dilapidated building or unsafe structure, excessive debris (junk) collection, unlicensed and unregistered vehicles, not obtaining a zoning permit or building permit, to name a few.
